Design Professional, Boulder – Residential Experience

505Design is seeking a highly creative, dedicated, self-motivated Design Professional to advance our Boulder studio’s architecture capabilities, specifically on residential projects. We are a group of architects, interior designers, and environmental graphic designers who collaborate on local, national & international retail, mixed-use, residential and entertainment projects in an energetic, fast-paced environment.

 

EXPERIENCE

505Design Boulder, Inc. is seeking a highly creative, dedicated, self-motivated Design Professional to advance our Boulder studio’s architecture capabilities. We are a group of architects, interior designers, and environmental graphic designers who collaborate on local, national & international retail, mixed-use, residential and entertainment projects in an energetic, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Design Professional with 3-5 years of experience and the ability to develop and execute design concepts. Experience advancing projects through documentation and construction is required. Responsibilities will include project coordination; 3-D modeling, BIM documentation, and assisting the studio architects and designers in project-oriented tasks. Proficiency in Revit that includes experience in each phase of design is required. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for design, exceptional communication skills, and experience in the development, documentation, and implementation of mixed use, retail and especially residential projects including multi-family. Sense of humor and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.
