The Springs Company Headquarters

505Design created a comfortable and professional home for The Springs Company in Fort Mill, SC. 505Design was responsible for the planning, visioning, design, documentation, interiors, and environmental graphics of the building. With a holistic range of services, we delivered a building that is not only beautiful and functional, but also tells the story of the Springs Family.

Conceived as a 4-suite building with future potential to re-lease the building out to other tenants, this project launched the Springs Company into the future through a flexible and dynamic workplace, all while paying homage to their heritage through artwork and textiles.
